Hi:
Thank you Larry for this info, could you tell us a little more? What model, do
you use? how much did you spend for it? I looked on Amazon, saw several
different ones.
Thanks, Jeff

I use the IGRILL to monitor my electric smoker. it has alarms that you can
set to notify on reaching a particular temperature. Also comes with an air
temp probe. you can monitor your oven, in case its temp control fails.
good product, I would recommend.
support is excellent as well.

Does anyone on the list have real life experience with remote meat
thermometers that interface with your iPhone? I’m reading up on the iGrill
unit, thinking it would allow me to do more of the cooking in the house. Ok,
some cooking that involves food that doesn’t say both freezer and microwave
on the package.
Also open to alternatives.
