[macvoiceover] Mailboxes

For the person trying to access mailboxes you've created:
interact with your mailboxes table which you should find to the left
of the messages table in the inbox window and vokeys-right arrow till
you see "On my mac collapsed level 0" and do a right arrow. this
should expand on my mac and you should see the mailboxes you've
created to the right of the words "on my mac expanded".
