Hi Mary, I think you are referring to a somewhat different keyboard than the aluminum keyboard which I have. ON the aluminum keyboards, (some of them) the key immediately to the right if the f12 is the Eject key. If you are using a Windows keyboard, it may be different because they are mapped differently and such keys as Volume up/down and Eject may not work at all. On my keyboard, the Eject key, when in Keyboard Help is silent; nothing is spoken by VoiceOver. HTH. Richie Gardenhire, Anchorage, Alaska.
