Actually, the way it works is that I try to answer the questions then I( get
e-mails from folks telling me why my answer will not work, grin.

I assumed it was a pyramid scheme with Keith at the top, and no matter how
successfully we answered questions he would get his cut and his status would

Hi,
Getting to this a little late. What I do to search for text on a web
page is to press CTRL + Option + F, type your search string, and then
press enter. This should take you to the first instance of your search
string. To find the next instance, press CTRL + Option + G.
Hope this helps,
Happy new year!

I’ve been playing around with this for a bit now, and I too can’t find
a way to jump to a specific result. Here are the two work arounds I’ve
found.
1. Use the item chooser, VO i. This work ok if the word isn’t buried in
a huge block of text.
2. After doing an search with command f, the term is still in the
search box, meaning the find next function will work. That one is
command g, finding the next instance of the last thing you searched
for.
If you know what you’re looking for is a web element, like a link of
form control you can of course usie the rotor set to each of those
categories using VO u then typing in what you’r looking for.
As always, I’m open to hearing the really simple way to do this that I
just couldn’t find.
Cheers,

Hi all
I'd like to know if there is a good way to find some text on a
webpage. When I press CMD+f I can write text into the search field.
But when I press enter I'd hope to get to the text I was searching
for. Sometimes I can hear some search results but I can't find out how
to get to the actual text.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
Ben
