[macvoiceover] Enabling touch typing on 4th generation iPod touch

Hi everyone,
I just joined the list and just got the 4th generation iPod touch on Sunday. I finally got around to setting it up last night and am now curious about how to enable touch typing. I'm assuming it's somewhere in settings right? Thanks for any help.
