[macvoiceover] Don't try reading docx file review boxes in pages on your iPad

I emailed the file to my iPad and imported it into Pages. It said something
about some features of the file not being supported and warned me that all
comments had been removed. The comments were what I was trying to read! That
solution doesn't work, just to let people know, at least not for the review
boxes in this docx file!
