[macvoiceover] DTBmaker-sm new test release

I have posted a new test release of DTBmaker-sm at my iDisk under the name: DTBmaker-sm.pkg.zip
With this release I hope to have removed the process of installing any perl modules. the program should be self contained but I need your help in testing this.
