I don’t have an answer to your question. However, I do have a suggestion. As
regards your current custody battle, fire your attorney & get a better one…;-).
They say you get what you pay for. And, if you throw enough money @ legal fees
& retainers, you can probably get a slick legal-eagle that can negotiate better
terms. You can just set there with your arms crossed tell your
twelve-year-old, “it’s out of my hands!”
