[macvoiceover] Cueing up songs using a media player with Lion

How would I go about cuing up next songs in a big playlist on the fly? Think DJ
for a party or festival.
In Windows I would have 2 instances of Winamp running, using one for a main
playlist, and the other loaded with specific songs I wanted to interrupt with.
Is there a media player for Mac that can perform this kind of task? I know
there are professional DJs who use Mac, but what about the VoiceOver factor?
