Thanks much, I’ll check those out.
I’m fortunate that the facility is offering whatever accommodations I need.
Cheers,
Ian

I might suggest WayAround, for which you could purchase "waytags," that are
like air tags but provide labels the app can read. With permission from your
supervisor, and pleading reasonable accommodation, you could place these tags
inconspicuously around where you need them, then read them with your phone.
Another idea might be to use something like "GoodMaps Indoors," which can
recognize some signs within line of sight and which can also be Taylor's by
learning specific destinations.
Good luck; I'd like to have more experiences with this type of indoor
navigation myself, and more facility in unfamiliar indoor surroundings
without having to be guided everywhere.

Hello list, I’ve got a new job lined up that involves work at a seniors
retirement apartment complex. I’m wondering about indoor navigation and
building orientation. Any experience with beacons that interact with a GPS
type app? Any tips and tricks specific to iPhone use for learning a new
building?
Thanks much,
Ian
