To test the quickness of the Brave browser I hav e a youtube link in an
email. With Brave set as my default browser I click on the link and it plays
immediately in Brave.
I reset my default browser to Safari and again click on the link, this time
it takes close to five seconds. I do have the Adblock extension in Safari
which is said to slow activity though without ad blockers I would be starting
the video with an ad either way.
