i have looked under verbosity and don't find anything.

Kelvin,
That’s the equivalent of having an item selected in IOS & then sliding
your finger down to access the menu or “actions” for that item. Like
clearing a message off the top of your phone’s screen. There are some
similarities between the “actions” & the “context menu.” And in fact,
some of the options in both can be repeated. However, each of those
menus, also, contain varied or different options. It’s one of the ways
that Apple is trying to mirror the OS experience to the IOS environment.
I suspect, over time, that OS will become more & more aligned with IOS.
Makes sense to me.
Anyway, hope this helps,
CJ

That's great! I didn't run in to the password problem you describe.
But, YMMV. The thing that really bugs me is Mail inconsistancies.
Basic operation is fine. But, the "All In-Boxes" feature can be a
little funny. Also, I don't like that archived files show up in the
folders I've established on my Mac for storage & in the general
archive folder for each account. Other than that, I guess it's okay.
Anyway, I wish you the best of luck,

I’ve experienced some anomalies. Mostly, small & inconsequential.
The notifications interaction can be hit-&-miss. But over all, I’m
glad I did it. The alignment between OS & IOS is interesting &
promising. I know you’re experienced enough to backup for a
potential restore, so I won’t belabor that point. In short, I
think you’d be okay. But, your mileage may vary. I just decided
to take the plunge & nothing’s blown up.
All the best,

Mark,
The VO-Command-SpaceBar is now the equivalent of sliding one
finger down on a selected item to open the “Actions menu” in
IOS. It’s similar to a Right Mouse click or VO-Shift-Down
arrow. But, it’s not, actually, the context menu. The options
are somewhat different. It is, in fact, part of the effort to
bring Mac’s OS more in line with Ios’s presentation.
Hope this helps the learning curve,

Thanks, Suzanne! I’ll try that. VO Command Space was a “mouse
click,” a while back; maybe that’s why that works. I was also
going to experiment to see if either track pad or keyboard
commander could be set up to give a shortcut. I love my
iPHone, and use the touch screen interface quite confidently,
but because I type so fast and grew up memorizing keyboard
commands, I haven’t even used the track pad on my MacBook Air,
and keep the commander off, and just use the keyboard for
everything.

Hi,
Have you tried VO plus n? Sometimes that works for me.
I found this out by speaking with Apple Accessibility. The
guy I spoke with, Justin, was very much on the ball!
Notification Center has been completely revamped and it is
still a little buggy. Sometimes, if you’re in a list of
notifications, if you hit VO plus Command plus Space, you can
go down a menu, if you need to make a menu selection.
Good luck.

Only way I’ve found it is through Preferences, but is there

status—it’s not showing in Menu Extras. Also, none of my
sounds are playing.
Any fixes for these minor issues?
Thanks.
