[macvoiceover] Answer to the GB question, I am not able to record over my track, why?

You can not record over your track if your track is not selected. I
will be re posting some guides to reflect this information. See the
answer below.
A: You can select the track that you want to work with by doing the
following. Move to the scrol area. Voiceover does not tell you so,
but, this is where the tracks are located. Select a higher track with
up arrow and a lower track with down arrow. You can check your
selection, if you have named your track by moving to the right with VO
keys-right arrow where you should find the name of your track and
double check by soloing the track with s and then s again to go back
to full song.
