Hi Jeff,
Wow. Thanks so much! This, indeed, fixed my issue! I also unchecked “”Enable
live regions” and checked “Always allow keyboard commands to navigate websites”.
I can now navigate the Amazon.ca <http://amazon.ca/> website as easily on my
Mac as I can on my Windows machine!
Just a follow up question. Would it cause any problems to leave the “Mouse
Pointer Follows the VoiceOver Cursor” unchecked permanently? What exactly is
the purpose of having the mouse pointer follow the VO cursor?
Thanks again Jeff for your help and quick response!
Cheers,
Russell

I believe that the issue is that you have “Mouse Pointer follows Voiceover
Curser.” This causes pop-ups all over the place on their site. If you
change this in Voiceover preferences for the time you are using Amazon.ca
<http://amazon.ca/>, you should be okay.
Hth,
Jeff

Hi everyone,
I am not able to navigate the Amazon Canada website on my Mac at all. The
focus keeps jumping around all over the page. This happens in both Safari
and Chrome. I am running a brand new, as of June, iMac running High Sierra.
Are there any settings I can make to allow me to use the Amazon website on
my Mac. I keep dreaming of the day when I can get along without a Windows
machine around, but with issues like this, I don’t see it happening any time
soon. The Amazon site works well on my laptop running Windows 10. Very
frustrating.
Any ideas welcome!
