I am trying to upload music to my Amazon Music Library from my Mac. The first
time I did it I had no problem; there was an update right after that and I am
wondering if that messed up accessibility or if I just don't understand what to
do. I can go into the website and get to upload and the Amazon Music app opens
on my Mac. I can choose the files or folder to upload. The first couple of
times I did this things uploaded and the first time I could see the progress.
Now I can see places that say uploading, upload, and view progress but I can't
see the progress and songs don't seem to be uploading. I can see on the website
how many songs have been imported and what they are which is how I know whether
or not I am succeeding. Is anybody using this successfully on a consistent
basis and if so can you please give instructions on this? It is also of course
possible that my connection to the cloud is being broken off and preventing the
uploading but I just want to figure out how to use the app correctly.
Thanks for any help.
