Ricardo,

I'm able to bring up the Dropbox window, which shows as a system dialog. The
last two items that seen by Voiceover are "up to date" and "settings". If I
press VO+f5 on either of these, it reports that "up to date" is under the
mouse. This leads me to believe that Voiceover isn't correctly moving to the
"settings" item.
