Carla, are you talking about Apple's XCode which can be downloaded from the
App Store? I had a try with this, just because I like to check out things.
I'm able to reach the Agree button and activate it by using Vo+Arrow right
and Vo+Space bar.
However after this it seems you must enter your computer password quickly in
order to really finish the installation. Don't press anything else, just
type your password and hit enter. Otherwise like in my case you could hear
voiceover telling you busy, busy. I had to forcequit Xcode the first time
after I wanted to explore which password I should enter.
I know it's probably not the solution you are desperately for. But maybe
it's of use anyway.
I'm not really familiar with this program. I just wanted to know if I would
run into the same problem as you did. Please let me know if there is
anything I can help you with. But i'm sure there are other people here which
have more experience with VoiceOver an can help you.

I am unable to agree to the Xcode license agreement because instead of
showing the password field a window appears saying "security agent has no
windows." Has anyone found a solution for this problem? Cheryl's solution
has not worked in this case. An answer to this problem is desperately
needed, so please reply if you have any suggestions.
