[macvoiceover] A problem with Pages on the Mac

Hello,
Whilst typing a document in Pages, I accidentally pressed command m when I
meant to press VO m. This resulted in VO saying minimised and now I cannot type
in my document even though I am fully interacting with the body of the
document. How do I correct this?
