[mac4theblind] putting an app in the doc:

open the app, it is in the doc. to keep it there, move to the doc with either
control-f3 or void and from the application’s shortcut menu, choose keep in
doc. it may be in a submenu. to get to the shortcuts menu for an application,
put vo on it and press vi-shift-space.
