[mac4theblind] possible issue closing messages in mail

Hi folks,
Not sure if this is a bug or something I am doing incorrectly. Here’s the
process:
1. Press either “enter” or “command o” to open a message in mail.
2. Read the message.
3. Press command q to close the message window in order to return to the inbox
(or any other mailbox I’ve been reading messages from.)
4. Voiceover indicates “mail has no windows.”
Press “command option v” and bring up a new mail viewer window.
Anyone having this issue, or is there another procedure for closing messages?
