[mac4theblind] mail merge, exchange accounts and distribution lists on mac osx lion

Hello all. I was suggested to to make a exchange server for disturbing my
EBlasts i send out every week. How do I do this with my gmai. and my apple mail
and mac osx lion. If I do this how can I make it look like a mail merge using
address book? the groups function is tedious as I don't have all contacts in
there and address book sorts funny.
