Hi Angie,
    There is no way, to my knowledge, doing anything like that with iTunes, 
unless you start getting into deleting preference files.  I don't know enough 
about how iTunes uses them to be able to direct you on that course.

     This is a stream from the Radio Stream list in the iTunes app or one you 
have used through an url?
