I'm thinking that yes, and update should be applied. Apple I think just last
week stopped signing the ios 9 updates so if your phone should brake you will
probably be forced to upgrade. Hope I'm wrong?

I have not done the update to 10 yet but am having issues with my phone
vibrating for a moment but not ringing and not getting any tones associated
with my contacts.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? What did you do to correct it, if
anything?
I have rebooted my phone holding down the home and power buttons but nothing
changed.
Any ideas?
