[mac4theblind] dropbox question

Hello all,
I finally got dropbox configured on my mac but I have two questions. One is,
how is everyone accessing your folders from within dropbox? I went to my home
folder and opened up my dropbox folder and accessed them that way. Is that the
best way to do it rather than opening the dropbox app itself? Also, when I am
in a folder in dropbox and need to go back a folder, let's say back in to the
main dropbox folder, how do we do that on the mac? My main question is this,
does voiceover tell you when one of your dropbox folders has new updated stuff
in it? Thanks for your help,
