[mac4theblind] Re: dragging mail accounts in to their order

OK, I don't remember which works, but you can either drag them in the
Mailbox list or from Mail preferences. However, I don't believe this sets the
default account. As was indicated, you would need to do this in Mail
preferences in the Composing pane.
