Hello,
I am running the latest version of Sierra on a MacBook 13 air and Adobe Acrobat
Reader Dc is working fine to read PDF’s. I can use FN plus up or down arrow to
move between pages. The only issue is that Voiceover does not tell you that you
have moved to another page. Other than that so far it works well to read PDF’s
now.

Shift up and down select text though. It does not move thorugh pages. I
think I did try fn page up and down and that doesn't work either.
