It's an ios bug that has been around for a while now. I just show the keyboard
with the button that's used to do this, f13 in my case, then hit a letter and
hide the keyboard with the same button. The problem normally is fixed. I did
report this to apple by the way when it happened.
Take care and be blessed.

Hi. Because of a recent applevis podcast, I have been using my bluetooth
keyboard with my iPhone. I really like using it especially for typing email
and messages, but there is just one problem I am having. Sometimes while I
am typing, I suddenly start typing Greek letters rather than English ones.
When that happens, I have to unpair my keyboard, and on the phone select the
correct keyboard. What could I be hitting on my bluetooth keyboard to cause
me to go in to an alternate keyboard? Any ideas will be appreciated.
