[mac4theblind] Transferring some contacts from Mac to iPhone

Hi,I have entered some contacts on the Mac. I would like to sink them with my
iPhone.
It is quicker to type them on the computer than the phone.
When I sink the phone the new contacts are not transferred to the iPhone.
How can I do this?
