Hi Tracy,

To remove an app, double tap and hold it or any other app to go into delete 
mode, when you hear the app you want to remove, by flicking to it, you will 
hear double tap to delete, do this and you will be asked to confirm, double tap 
on delete and the app will be gone from the device.
