This is a topic that interests me as well. Theoretically, there is a way. You need two different adaptors. From what I was told by someone doing it, you use a DVI to VGA adaptor from Apple and then a VGA to TV adaptor from sewelldirect.com. You connect the DVI adaptor to the composite adaptor.
