[mac4theblind] Itunes 11 not syncing??

Somehow, all my contacts on my iPhone 4s got wiped out.
I looked at contacts on my macbook pro, and they're there.
What's the magic hokus pokus I need to sync those contacts from my mac to my
phone, using iTunes?
