The window to downgrade has passed. Apple is no longer signing anything less
than iOS 7, save for the iPad Minnie GSM model, which is signed for iOS 6.1.3.
The apps are listed that way with a heading above them to show you what date
they were last updated. There's really nothing you can do about that. With
automatic updates being a thing, now, those headings are actually really useful.
