[mac4theblind] Flash out of date message at startup

Today I updated our 2008 Mac mini running Snow Leopard with Software Update.
After the restart it said that flash player was out of date. Flash has the
latest version installed. It says this immediately after each restart. Any
thoughts as to the cause?
