[mac4theblind] Email address list on the Mac

In the email program I was using on the Windows computer I could open the
address list and arrow through it selecting addresses that I wanted to send an
email. Is there a similar feature in the mail program in Mountain lion on my
MacBook Pro? If there is, how is it accessed?************
