Thanks for this Chris. As you may or may not remember I too am hearing in pared so this is good information should I get an I device in the future. On the subject of hearing, when I listened to the WWDC 2012, they mentioned that they were working with hearingaids companies which is really exciting! What I didn't get and hopefully someone could remind me, what were they trying to basically say? They only touched on it in a few seconds but I wasn't clear on what point they were trying to make.
