work on aarch64 port

Hi everyone,

AFAIK, no one is actually working on a port of luajit to aarch64. So I
prepare to work on this. Now  one company (Kingsoft Game)  admits to
sponsor this port. Kingsoft Game is one of the major game company in China,
lua/luajit are used heavily in almost every games from this company.

Requirements and suggestions are welcome.
