No, I couldn't find the words in any of my reference books, collections of
sheet music, or on the web either.
I did find, when I typed "Song, Turn Out the Lights and Go to Bed" into
Google, "Little Fascist Panties," which seems like a good title for
something.
I also found
http://www.melodylane.net/ww1.htm
which has WW1 songs and the sheet music art.
Here are the other song's lyrics:
Till the Lights of London Shine Again
For a while, we must part,
But remember me, sweetheart
Till the lights of London shine again,
And while I=B9 m over there,
think of me in every prayer,
Till the lights of London shine again,
I=B9ll keep your picture near me,
A tender souvenir;
So hold me close & kiss me,
And may God Bless You Dear.
Don=B9t you cry when I'm gone;
wear a smile & carry on;
Till the lights of London shine again.
