Oddly, I love an adverb.
i. Philosophically, I'm not sure that I want to see the world more clearly.
Here, "philosophically" attaches to the whole clause, "I'm not sure that I
want to see the world more clearly".
Sentence adverbials can be a trick:
ii. Hopefully, it's raining.

In Italian, 'hopefully' translates as "speranzosamente".
