[lit-ideas] Spam and such

This morning I got a phone call from a potential student, because she had
not received a reply to her e-mail inquiry about my Studio.
Figuring that my Spam filter had gotten it, I decided to check through it
quickly. Although I didn't find her e-mail, I did note that John M and
David R were thoroughly filtered (wondered why you guys had been so
silent), as was my GoodReads email and (you guys are in good company) the
Washington Post.
Among those which were appropriately filtered was an apparent phishing
attempt beginning:
<<Dear Sir / Madam,
This is a personal email directed to you.>>
