What would it look like if the Sun DID revolve around the Earth?

Paul, that's a very good question. What indeed would it be like?

1) The earth would have to be massive to have enough gravity to keep the planets in orbits around the earth. We'd be squoozed like smears on the surface.

3) But let's assume this Sun-sized earth would have an earth surface and atmosphere.

The surface would be measured in billions of square miles. The sun's surface would be equal to 11,900 earths (6 to the 18th, squared).

It would indeed impact Ol' Shirley Holmes. London would be 12,000 times larger in surface. Baker Street would be 12,000 times longer. He'd never see the next block.

It'd be tens of thousands of years before a Magellan sun captain circumnavigated a Sun-earth. Too large. And it'd take him several centuries.

2) No more tides. The sun (a mere planet) wouldn't affect the tides on a Sun-sized earth. Any of Holmes's deductions depended on tides?

Seasons? Would a Sun-sized earth have a wobble?

See? One can indeed deduce that the sun doesn't go around the earth. And yes, it does matter. Odd that Holmes didn't realize that.
