Except that Webb was writing about Bangkok (an "other country" yes?).  I stand 
by my statement that child abuse, including sexual abuse, is rampant around the 
world.  In the U.S. we get all excited about Foley sending sexual emails.  So 
what is that I don't know about "other countries"?
