: Well, there's finally some good news for Republicans in Congress.
That is, however, not quite what the court held. As I understand it
the court held that gay couples must be given the same tax and
inheritance, etc., rights as other couples---but that union
need not be called a marriage.
It is unlikely that the N.J. Legislature will end up calling such
unions marriages.
