TP: The chief cause of rising sea levels would anyway be volume expansion with rising water temperature.
In most places in the world, maximum density (4 C) of water is attained as shallow as 50 metres. Since, even as high as 30 C the density of water only goes down to .996 kg/m3, this means that the sea-level would only rise about 8 inches even if ALL the surface water in the world rose to 30 C.
