Here are the new memos (#8 is the DSM).
The memos are scans of photocopies of transcriptions of the original memos. To hide the
source of the memos, the originals were retyped. There are being leaked to the Sunday Times
of London, most likely by senior conservatives, in order to force Blair's resignation.
With this new set, it's clear there was a great deal of discussion and strategy, which means
there is an extensive paper trail. This means more memos will come. Someone in the White
House may also begin to leak memos.
The memos confirm what critics of the war suspected: there was no plan, no strategy, no
justification, and zero post-war planning, both on who was to rule Iraq and what the outcome
should be. The memos show Blair's team actively working on how to lie about the war. They
collaborated deeply with the White House: Bush, Rice, Wolfowitz, Tenet, and others are
involved.
The intelligence was sexed up? Ha. They gang raped the intelligence.
