There is talk that the US attempts to reform the Iraqi
security forces might involve bringing back some
Ba'athists and former Saddam army officers.

This would rather discredit the story that the Iraqi
insurgence are Saddam loyalists. Another piece that
fits this is that apparently Ahmed Chalabi, who was
leading the anti-Ba'ath purge, is going to be left out
of the government that is to be formed on June 30.
