Julie asks re an air stagnation advisory, Qu'est-ce que c'est ça?
C'est une notification that stagnant air (no wind) has trapped nasty
particulates in this part of the Valley, usually known as 'the Metro
Area.' It's supposed to make people consider taking the bus or light
rail instead of driving. Sometimes it's called Canadian Spring.
