A news report on the local Chicago stations this morning said that a study just done concluded that 50% of the housing purchased in the last ten years in the Chicago area was purchased by immigrants. And of course the more sales, the more housing prices are stable. Thank the recent immigrants for part of your house's appreciation over the last ten years.
