Non si tratta di una cosa molto sorprendente, quanto sta accadendo
sembra ricalcare più o meno quanto avvenuto nel caso Schrems

In sostanza il caso va portato all'attenzione della DPA irlandese, che
nel caso Schrems ha comportato il ricorso a CJEU.
Con l'esito che sappiamo.

servono proprio a limitare questo tipo di tracciamento:
