Is this at where you work?  If so, you'll probably need to notify the 
network folks so they can make the switch.  Perhaps the new port you're 
plugged in to doesn't have the port activated.  It could also be on a 
different VLAN and then you'd need to know the specific ip address range 
and sub net for that VLAN.  Since I don't know how sofisticated your 
network set up is there, I'm just throwing out some possibilities based on 
my experiece in the work place.

Hai Friends

     I installed a linux box in one network. When I shifted the linux 
box to a different network. It does not work. I have changed the IP 
and resolv.conf. Is there no other go. or I have to install it again. 
for different network.
