[liblouis-liblouisxml] "ou", "er" and "ow" contractions

After upgrading to liblouis 1.8.0, our "ou", "er" and "ow" contractions are
being converted to uppercase and pronounced as "ch" on the Victor Reader
Stream. In the past, Duxbury had informed us that the fix was to change "{ to
[", "} to ]", and "| to \" but I am new to liblouis and would greatly
appreciate any input on how to actually do this in en-us-g2.ctb.
